"This certified-organic and biodynamic pretty white offers clean aromas of pomelo, peach and a gentle butterscotch note. A round yet crisp textured wash fills the palate with delicious orchard fruit flavours adding along the way zesty notes, a mild balancing bitterness and a bright mineral touch sketching the lengthy savoury finish. This is good to go now with fish and chips under a squeeze of lemon juice."

Crafted 100% from the estate’s Limestone Ridge Vineyard in the Twenty Mile Bench sub appellation and aged 12 months in French oak. The nose is tight at this point, but swirl it reveals pear, oak spices, apple and citrus undertones. It’s a bolder style of Chardonnay on the palate with ripe pear, apple, vanilla toast, stony minerality, butterscotch and spice with a lifted finish. Can cellar 3+ years.
