I am done shopping. What now?

Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to purchase when you are ready.

When will my items arrive?

We ship from Monday to Thursday. Shipping time can range from 1 to 10 business days and will depend on where you are located and the shipping method and. You will be contacted by the courier company to arrange delivery as someone must be home to accept it. If we ship via Canada Post, they will attempt delivery and should you not be home, you can then pick up the wine at the closest Canada Post outlet. If you have questions about your wine delivery or require a firm delivery date, please contact shipping@redstonewines.ca.

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

No. Legally we must deliver the wine in person to someone 19 or older.

How are the shipping fees determined?

Shipping fees depend on the weight of the package, the shipping location and method. Orders over $500 are always free! Shipping to Southern Ontario starts at $8.

I have an issue with the wine that was delivered. What do I do?

Please contact us at info@redstonewines.ca if your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee. We will exchange/replace the shipment or issue a refund. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the new shipment.

Does anything interfere with wine shipments?

Sometimes extremes in weather may prevent us from shipping an order. We generally delay a short time until the extreme has passed. We unfortunately cannot ship outside of Ontario in the winter months as we cannot guarantee the condition of the wine.
